NeoSavi provides tools for job seekers to organize roles, track pipeline stages, use Import Jobs, save jobs with the NeoSavi browser extension, review job-search signals, manage suggested pipeline updates, receive reminders and browser notifications, store notes, and maintain job-search history.

NeoSavi may also support connected services where enabled by the user, including features that help organize job-search information from authorized email, calendar, browser extension, or job posting page activity.

Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and keeping login credentials secure.

Users agree not to misuse NeoSavi, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, upload unlawful content, or use NeoSavi in a way that violates applicable laws.

Users should only import, save, or connect information they have the right to use. Users should not misuse import, extension, automation, or notification features, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with NeoSavi systems.

Users retain responsibility for the job-search information, notes, imported files or data, browser-extension saved job data, connected email or calendar-derived job-search information, reminders, job-search history, and other content they add to or authorize for NeoSavi.

NeoSavi may allow users to connect or authorize third-party services such as email, calendar, browser extensions, or job posting pages.

Users are responsible for granting, managing, and revoking access where supported. NeoSavi uses connected services to support job-search organization features where enabled.

NeoSavi may provide suggested pipeline updates, detected job-search signals, reminders, or other workflow recommendations.

These suggestions may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Users are responsible for reviewing and confirming information before relying on it or taking action.

NeoSavi helps users organize their job search, but it does not guarantee interviews, offers, hiring outcomes, or employment.

Users are responsible for reviewing their own job-search information, confirming suggested or detected updates, meeting deadlines, communicating with employers, and submitting applications.

If paid features are introduced, billing terms, renewal terms, cancellation options, and refund policies will be provided at the time of purchase.

NeoSavi may change, pause, or discontinue parts of the service. We aim to keep NeoSavi available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

NeoSavi, the NeoSavi name, logo, design assets, interface elements, copy, and related branding are owned by NeoSavi and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from NeoSavi materials without prior written permission.

Users may stop using NeoSavi at any time. NeoSavi may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Users may contact support@neosavi.app to request account or data deletion/export. Availability and processing may depend on applicable law and current product capabilities.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeoSavi is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
