We may collect information users provide directly, information created while using NeoSavi, and limited technical information about how the product is used.

This may include name, email address, authentication details, account settings, and communication preferences.

This may include company names, role titles, job links, stages, sources, notes, reminders, interview dates, follow-up dates, contacts, imported job-search content, and job-search history.

If users import job-search information, NeoSavi may process CSV files, Excel or spreadsheet-style data, notes or context-based imports, and other job-search content where supported.

Imported content may be processed to create or update boards, jobs, stages, notes, history, and related job-search records in the user’s workspace.

If users connect or authorize email or calendar access, NeoSavi may process job-search related messages, calendar events, metadata, sender information, subject lines, dates, and limited content needed to identify job-search signals.

NeoSavi uses this information for review items, suggested pipeline updates, source context, reminders, and job-search workflow organization.

NeoSavi does not use connected email or calendar access to read unrelated content for unrelated purposes.

If you choose to connect your Gmail or Google Calendar account, NeoSavi may access and process limited Google user data needed to provide job-search workflow features.

For Gmail, this may include job-search-related email metadata and limited email content, such as sender, recipient, subject line, date, message snippets, and message content needed to identify recruiting, application, interview, rejection, follow-up, or scheduling signals.

For Google Calendar, this may include calendar event titles, dates, times, attendees, locations, and descriptions when needed to identify job-search-related interviews, reminders, and follow-ups.

NeoSavi uses Google user data only to provide and improve user-facing job-search features, including detecting job-search updates, creating review items, suggesting pipeline updates, showing source context, organizing reminders, and helping users manage their job-search workflow.

NeoSavi does not use Google user data for advertising, retargeting, selling data, determining creditworthiness, lending, building unrelated user profiles, or training general-purpose AI models.

NeoSavi does not sell Google user data. NeoSavi does not transfer Google user data to third parties except to service providers that help operate NeoSavi and only as needed to provide the service, protect the service, comply with law, or process user-requested actions.

NeoSavi's use and transfer of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

NeoSavi protects Google user data using reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including access controls and encryption where appropriate.

Users may disconnect Google access at any time from their Google Account permissions page or within NeoSavi where supported. Users may request deletion or export of their NeoSavi account data by contacting neosavi.admin@gmail.com.

We may collect product usage information to understand how NeoSavi is used, improve the product, troubleshoot issues, and measure performance.

The NeoSavi Job Saver browser extension reads the active job posting page only when the user opens or uses the extension. It does not collect general browsing history and does not read unrelated pages in the background.

Browser extension data may be used to save selected jobs, verify the user’s NeoSavi session, detect duplicates, prevent abuse, and enforce applicable product limits if enabled.

NeoSavi does not sell browser activity data.

If users enable browser notifications, NeoSavi may store a browser push subscription.

This subscription is used to deliver reminder notifications through the user’s browser or operating system.

Users can disable browser notifications in NeoSavi settings or through their browser or operating system settings.

We may use cookies or similar technologies for authentication, preferences, analytics, and product functionality.

We may use information to provide NeoSavi, maintain accounts, organize job-search data, create review items, suggest pipeline updates, show source context, send reminders, provide support, improve the product, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate NeoSavi, such as hosting, authentication, analytics, email delivery, customer support, and payment processing if billing is added.

NeoSavi does not sell user data or browser activity data.

Service providers should only access information needed to perform services for NeoSavi and should be required to protect user information.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide NeoSavi, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Users may request deletion or export of their account information and associated data.

Account and data deletion are not currently self-serve. Users can contact neosavi.admin@gmail.com to request deletion or export of their information. NeoSavi will process requests according to applicable law and current product capabilities.

Depending on location, users may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or object to certain uses of personal information.

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security.

NeoSavi may be accessed from different countries. User information may be processed in countries where NeoSavi or its service providers operate.

NeoSavi is not intended for children under 13 or the minimum age required in the user’s location.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
